This $10 million grant initiative supports incubators, pre-accelerators, accelerators and other similar initiatives. It will provide funding for them to equip clean technology start-ups and researchers with the skills and resources they need to succeed in Australian and international markets.

These grants will help significantly reduce emissions in NSW by creating an environment where clean technology start-ups and innovators can advance their commercial and entrepreneurial skills. These grants will:

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) from applicants for grants between $250,000 – $2 million to support clean technology ecosystem projects.

Who is eligible?

These grants are open to organisations looking to establish a new, or scale-up an existing, clean technology incubator, pre-accelerator or accelerator in NSW.

They are also open to organisations that want to provide additional commercialisation training to clean technology researchers at public research institutions in NSW.

How to apply?

EOIs for clean technology ecosystem grants are now open. The EOI application period will close on 22 April 2022 at 5.00pm AEST.

The EOI is the first in a two-stage competitive application process. Successful EOI applicants will be invited to submit a full application.
