Australia Pavilion at WHS 2023
Following a successful display and a huge impact last year, in 2023 Austrade will host a larger Australia Pavilion working with State Governments and industry creating a team Australia presence at this global event. 

The Australia Pavilion will provide the ability to share Australia’s compelling hydrogen narrative and demonstrate the progress we are making towards a future hydrogen economy. 

Delegation participants will be able to use the stand as a meeting point to engage with partners and customers.  There will also be an opportunity to leverage the Australia stand to highlight individual companies and/or projects, as well as speaking spots Austrade has secured throughout the conference program. Please note, companies will not receive an allocated portion of the stand during the event, nor will there be space for the display of physical assets. 

Program overview

Austrade will work with key industry and Government partners to develop exclusive networking and business matching opportunities for the Australian delegation during your time in the market. 

The week prior to WHS, Austrade is working with German Government partners to deliver the ‘Australia-Germany Energy Partnership’ delegation to Germany (invite-only). Australian delegates may have already been or will be invited to participate between Tuesday 2 May – Friday 5 May.

At this stage, activities centred around the WHS Summit will occur in the Netherlands from Monday 8 May – Thursday 11 May, with the Summit held from Tuesday 9 May – Thursday 11 May.


From 11 May onwards, there may be the option to explore additional European and UK market opportunities, Austrade will keep successful applicants informed.
