5th Australia-Korea New Energy Forum

Building on the success of the last four editions, the Australia-Korea Business Council (AKBC), the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, and the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea are delighted to co-host the 5th Australia-Korea New Energy Forum. The event is supported by the Australian Hydrogen Council (AHC).

Please note that Ms. Wha-jin Han, the Minister of Environment, Republic of Korea will attend the forum and will bring a business delegation of Korean companies to the event.

The forum aims to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to engage in meaningful discussions on clean energy, green hydrogen, and their roles in climate change and decarbonisation.

Join us in person to gain first-hand insights into Australian and Korean policy directives and industry perspectives in the rapidly expanding areas of new energy and green hydrogen. This forum has consistently sold out due to the growing interest in clean energy and hydrogen sectors as both countries aim for net zero by 2050.

  • Mr. Joyoung Jeon, Deputy Head of Mission at the Korean Embassy in Australia

  • Cost: Free
  • Early bird tickets are available exclusively for AKBC and AHC members until 21 June 2024.
  • After this date, tickets will be made available to the public.
  • Tickets include forum attendance, afternoon tea and cocktail reception.
  • Due to limited capacity, a maximum of two representatives per company can attend.
